Update Regarding COVID-19 from Atariya Foods Retail Stores

Dear Customers,
This is to inform you that our shops remain open, and are receiving goods and supplies on a daily basis. Our colleagues are making the best effort to stock the shelves. All our shops are taking all the precautions according to the government guidelines to protect our customers and colleagues from COVID-19.
In response to the tightened prevention measures set by the government, we are now implementing the following rules to protect our customers and colleagues.

1. One adult member of the family can enter into the shop for shopping when multiple adult members come together, except for the case where one parent/carer brings a child/children.
2. We will restrict the number of customers to enter at a time when the shop starts getting crowded.
3. Only credit card/debit card payment only
We continue to monitor the government action plans and adjust our business operation to the situation daily. This may include changing the opening hours and level of service we offer.

コロナウイルス感染拡大による影響により、各店舗へ商品へのお問合せのお電話が殺到しております。
店舗にて棚薄になっている時間もございますが、商品の入荷は毎日行っており、現在入荷には問題は生じておりません。スタッフ一同総力を挙げてお客様へ商品をご提供できるよう努力をしております。
店舗におきましては、ウイルス拡散防止対策を実施し、お客様、スタッフの安全のため、万全を期しており、政府からの対策強化に基づき、お客様へ下記のお願いをさせて頂いております。

１．ご家族でお越しのお客様の入場は大人お一人様に限らせて頂きます（申し訳ありませんが、他の保護者の方とお子様は店外でお待ちください）。但し、保護者お一人のみでご同伴されている小さいお子様方は対象外です。
２．上記に関わらず混雑時には人数制限をさせていただき、店舗の外でお待ちいただくことがございます。
３．お支払いはデビットカード或いはクレジットカード決済のみとさせていただきます。
尚、日々刻々変化する状況、政府からの新たな指示・指導により、店舗営業時間、業務内容などの変更などが生じる場合もございますことを予めご了承ください。。
