Shabu Shabu しゃぶしゃぶ is a Japanese hotpot (Nabe 鍋）dish of very thinly sliced meat, and vegetables quickly cooked in boiling dashi broth and served with dipping sauce. The ingredients have to be very fresh and of high quality as it is to enjoy the natural flavor of each ingredient.
