If you want to make Japanese curry, a.k.a. “kare-raisu” at home, this is what you need.  Cook chopped carrots, onions, and potatoes (also chicken or beef if you like), and then add water (follow the instruction on the package). Once all ingredients are fully cooked, add this curry roux and simmer for 5 min. Serve over cooked rice. You add chicken Katsu or pork Katsu to make it Katsu Curry!
